For an exciting new project we are hiring two senior game programmers. We are looking for programmers to work on a wide range of game components like rendering, player and camera control, special effects, audio and animations.
Our project is currently at an early stage and has a number of ambitious, tech driven features. Therefore it is important for us to find candidates with the ability to develop technology from scratch, the ambition to make tech into fun gameplay and the drive to take it through to a polished game.
We believe the ideal candidate can best be described as an experienced game programmer with a generalist attitude. Perhaps you are currently working with core game technology and now want to be closer to the actual making of a game or perhaps you are a gameplay programmer who likes technical challenges.
THE POSITIONS
We envision two positions where one has a renderer/core flavor and the other is more focused on gameplay features. However, we generally like to shape each position around the individual candidate’s skills. The responsibilities of these positions are the same as for every programmer on the team, namely:
- To design and implement amazing tech and innovative features
- To make a beautiful, polished and optimized game out of them... and then ship it.

YOU ALREADY HAVE MOST OF THESE
- Strong programming, optimization and debugging skills with C/C++
- Experience with current consoles, preferably Xbox 360
- Expertise within at least one game programming area (renderer, camera, etc.)
- Passion for programming and games
- A collaborative attitude

- Instinct for fun and game design
- Having shipped console games
- Experience with animation or physics programming
- Experience with network programming
