Anonymous feedback tools

We send weekly anonymous surveys to all employees and ask for their feedback on a series of adapting topics centered around wellbeing, satisfaction, recognition, motivation, engagement and more. This tool is an anonymous alternative to our regular feedback processes, where employees can bring up ideas and feedback. The insights gathered are shared with the entire organization and become an integral part of the studio’s transparent organizational strategies for improvement.
